DGZOUP is the data controller responsible for processing the personal data voluntarily provided by the User. The information collected by DGZOUP regarding users is limited strictly to what is voluntarily provided by them to contact DGZOUP Lda through the contact form. The use and processing of personal data collected on our website is carried out in compliance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

Right to erasure of your personal data

As the data subject, you have the right to obtain from DGZOUP, as the data controller, the erasure of your personal data without undue delay, and DGZOUP has the obligation to erase such personal data without undue delay where the personal data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or where consent is withdrawn.

Personal data breaches

In the event of a personal data breach, the data controller (DGZOUP) shall notify the competent supervisory authority (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados) without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, unless the breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons. Where notification to the supervisory authority is not made within 72 hours, it shall be accompanied by reasons for the delay. Every personal data breach is documented by DGZOUP, recording the facts relating to it, its effects and the remedial action taken.
